Motor mounts 850 1994

My top mount isn't broken. But the bolt doesn't sit in the center of the bush - it's off towards the firewall side. Visual inspection of the mountings - well, they LOOK fine, but I understand these mounts are fluid filled and can collapse. What I don't know is, do they partially collapse or completely lose fluid, and collapse fully?

On the flywheel side, I'm not sure of the mount. The steel pin doesn't seem to be all the way to the bottom of the slot, but even with a mirror I can't be sure as I cannot see the bottom . That's why I was looking for more clarification.
