I'd pay the $70 or so to have it really checked out. The clicking may be a CV joint, or? This can all add up fairly fast. The clicking "ain't" normal, seller is trying to snow you....Might want to walk from that. And $13K seems a little high for all those "normal" things. I just bought a 97 GLT low pressure turbo with 44K and a 7 year 70 extended warranty for $15,200....
