Thanks for the quick response. I am having the repair done by a shop because I'm too lazy to do the job myself. Interesting note...here in Toronto with over eight dealerships and Volvo main wearhouse in town...the cables are in short supply! However I tracked one down at a dealership and my favourite shop will do the repair at a much lower cost....
