From what I've seen, most bulletins posted at sites like NHTSA do not list the Volvo SB #s for some odd reason, they use some other numbering system which makes trying to get the real thing next to impossible.
You can't just order, buy all SBs to any car but if you're looking for something specific, maybe ask here and someone can help?
