Dead in the water 850 1997

It's worth a try to fill it up and see if it will work. But more than likely it's a gonner.

Something is wrong, though. Probably a defective battery (maybe a cracked case?). They all use some water and should be checked every 3-6-12 months for low cells, but it's rare to empty one!
