Wipe Fluid Hose S70 1998

I have a 98 S70 GLT. The driver's side wiper fluid doesn't work. I can see it is spraying somewhere under the hood.

Often if I just push the hose from under the hood it'll work for a day then it'll stop again. Any suggestions?
