Need Child Seat Installation Advice 850 1995

I used the new Volvo seatbelt with the child seat lock option and it broke. So don't rely on that. The metal clip works just fine, pre-adjust it so the end of the metal buckle is about 2-3 inches from the plastic female end, and although the knee idea is great, nothing beats actually sitting in or on the seat to get the belt to click in. And as said in previous posts, the child safety teather straps are great!
