No headlight washer fluid. Why? 850 1996

Had this problem too. There wasn't a clog however. There are two valves one in the line that runs to the winsheild sprayers and one in the line to the headlamps. There is a rubber membrane inside that breaks down after a while. Probably due to the fluid. I replaced mine with a straight piece of tube until I can get the valves. Ipd or volvo will have them.
