I'd call IPD as the only way to do that is to cut one of those lines and they're under high pressure so if leaks or blows off, you'll toast your trans.
IMHO, you don't need a filter and I wouldn't install it. If you flush the ATF often enough (many opinions on how often is enough), you aren't likely to have premature trans problems.
