Squealing Noise in Right Front Side 850 1995

I guess it wasnt done right the first time, like you said. The fluid levels all seem to be ok when I checked them. Not sure what you mean by rack. The sound on the Right front kinda sounds like a belt, but not sure. Its like a screaching/chirping kinda of sound. Not sure if its like around the tire or belt. Just a guess tho.
