How do you report a dealer related problem S70

VCNA has a toll free consumer affairs # but I don't know it. I'd suggest trying to be as cool and diplomatic about it as possible as you'll be more successfull that way.
Have you tryed going higher in that dealership, like try talking to a service manager or general manager?
