chirping thing in engine bay. 850

Today after I did a little work around the idle control valve, when I started the car, a constant chriping sounds seems to be coming from the engine bay, it is also speed related(as the RPMs go up, the chirping gets faster). Since there is only one belt, the big timing thing, is it that? The last time it was changed was at 75k, the car is now at 96k. Think It should get replaced? Or is there a tensioner or something that could be going?

Thanks,
kevin
