Stereo question for Perryg 850 1996

Thank for the information Perry. It is encouraging to hear that it is not that difficult. I have a few question:
1. What do you think of the stock stereo? Most stock ones are not very good. I just want to replace the head unit and not add an amp or speakers.
2. Do you have the wiring diagram or do you know where I can get one?
3. Do you have the instructions on how to remove the old stereo, like where are the screws and what panel(s) do I have to remove?
