That'd be your now missing charcoal canistor and it really should be re-installed ASAP. I'd advise trying to locate a used one as it's probably not cheap new. It's usually held in place by a metal, adjustable bracket (not a plastic tie-strap) so if it was previously held there by a plastic strap, the front corner of that car was probably previously damaged and someone rigged it that way which obviously didn't work too well.
