Steph, there's a ton of discussion on this on the 'Net. This site should have stuff plus I know for sure t5uk.com has it in (I think) his FAQs. Also on Volvospeed there's been lots of chat. FWIW I usually see 3 turns as the suggested starting point PLUS mark the stock setting, because if you chip the car, you will (i.e. MUST) set the rod at stock.
