Funny fan S70 1999

After getting the drivers side window track repaired under warranty on Monday the hvac fan stopped working and the leds for the recirc and ac buttons flash. After restarting the car with the fan in the off position everything on the controls look fine...then when i move the lever to start the fan, it will work momentarily and then shut down and start flashing again. what's up? i guess i'm on my way back to the dealer.
