HELP!! My driver's seatback is down and can't get up!!! 850 1995

I had the same problem and I use the following site to fix the seat back cable,
except I did not buy a new cable rather I used the old one. All you need is to cut a little bit of the plastic sleeve from the end of the cable which turns the gear and reinsert the cable. This will work just fine and you don't have to spend a lot of money.
