In that case you'll need some tool that's licensed by Volvo as these are usually proprietary codes.

That's gonna cost 'ya...

These guys can do it:

You'd need the iSCAN scanner and the iSCAN-OB91-6 - VOLVO MODULE VERSION 1.16 which can do "Live Data, Fault code read and reset, Engine, Transmission, ABS, SRS, Body, Electrical & Combi module programming. 1988 to 1998 Model years."

Still.. Only the software is already listed at $698, so you get an idea of the price..
