The adjustment screws face to the rear of the unit and are recessed within cylindrical projections, so you cannot see them from the top. The left/right adjustment screw is located near the top outer edge of the unit. The up/down screw is located below a connector, between the low beam (dipped) and high beam bulb covers. You will probably have to remove the connector to access it.

I have the S70 electrical manual, and can scan the drawing for you, then send it as a jpg file.
