A/C Phenomenon 850 1995

The blower never stops turning and when the A/C is running it's cold. Previously I've had my evvaportator freeze up, but doesn't seem to do it anymore. But when the evaporator froze up the blower would get really loud, etc being that it couldn't blow any air out. When I i noticed the evaporator was freezing I would turn the fan up.

Anyways how do I bypass the temp sensor on the A/C compressor?
