Seems to me Volvospeed can document effective ABS repairs the DIY crowd can perform....without quoting or paraphrasing the TSB. Simply by making the repair, adding their own trademark photodocumentation, and writing up the procedure from scratch would keep them clear of copyright issues. I can't believe this would run afoul of VCNA....after all, they're already documenting repairs that dealers also make.
