...I Have A '95...Just Had My 2nd Hinge Welded...It's Part of Owning an 850...Both of Mine Were Done at a Body Shop that Does it for the Volvo Dealer...I Do No Know What It Entails, Other Than removing the Door, Rewelding Something, And Charging Me $160!...Usually It Warns You By Making An Ungodly SNAPPING Noise...GOOD LUCK...AL.
