As it turns out, the part #'s on that set of instructions were correct...but there were a few changes for the SC-815 radio (like mine). There are three screws that hold the face plate on. No problem there. Then, there are no screws that hold the circuit board on. Kind of confused me for a while. It's actually easier. There are 4 metal twist brackets that are punched through the circuit board. With some needle nose, just twist them an 1/8 of a turn and it comes right off. Replace bulb, put it back together.
Takes 15 minutes with no soldering or mess. And, while you've got the face plate off, it's a good time to clean the gook out of all of those cracks.
