Find an amp with speaker lines's high input and extra RCA input for your speaker upgrade and MP3 hook up. No idea about the CD issue. Then you'll have to solve the power source for your MP3, AMP in the trunk and MP3 in the front, all that wiring will just make a mess of your car and get crappy sound quality. Like other had said, spend the money on a decent head unit with MP3 fucntion and the ability to drive your new speakers.
