PNP Switch Will it cause Tranny Damage 850 1995

Probably not, but will eventually cause the trans to go into "limp home mode" once it gets bad enough that the ECU does'nt know what gear is selected. Limp home means 3rd, 4th and reverse only, accompanied by a flashing upshift light and at least a 313 fault code.
