Good guess. Now....it seems as though there's now more than one guy here posting under the name of "Bill". I use a few names here myself, just for fun (variety).

No tech hot line guy would likely want to answer any more questions in his spare time than he'd have to IMO. Most of them seem to burn out from their normal job after a while from what I'd gather.
