Uh Oh....CV joint??? 850

When making a right turn and only if the wheel is to the stops, I hear a grinding noise from the left front (I think). It does not seem to do it in reverse, and it only seems to do it when making a hard right turn. I have factory wheels and tires on my 854 GLT n/a.
What do you guys think? If it is the CV joint, what am I looking at here?
