Clutch Noises 1998 T5 V70-XC70 1998

Had a similar sounding problem in my 98 V70 T5 but at 45K miles. It was the throw out bearing. Now have 95K and noticing the clutch is wearing again. Either me or my wife are hard on the clutch.
