Timing Belt S70

My 98 S70 GLT has 82.000 miles on it. Should I replace the timing belt or is it good for another 30.000k or so. I am sure they just don't snap at the recommended mileage. Have any of you had this belt fail? Is it worth the $300.00 or can I wait a couple more years.
