Driver door seal 850 1997

I have a '97 with the same problem. The sound gets a bit tiresome to say the least. I often resort to turning up the radio.

The previous owner had some minor bodywork done to the door and I have always assumed that the noise had something to do with something being out of slightly out of alignment or a bad seal.

With any luck someone will had some sage advice on how to alleviate this malady.
