A couple of the online suppliers have them here. You might also call Precision Volvo, 978.948.7778. Indy Volvo shop that will often sell Volvo oem at less than retail.

report the issue to NHTSA for data collection. It's time they knew how big the problem is. http://www.nhtsa.dot.gov/cars/problems/ivoq/default.htm
