Roof Rails etc S70

I have a 98 S70. I am interested in getting some roof rails and a ski/bike carrier. I also have access to a full set of Saab equipment. How much of the saab stuff will work with the volvo stuff? Meaning, can I get the load rails and the attachments (ski/bike) from saab and then only have to buy the one other volvo piece?
