Annoying brake warning light S70 1998

I had this problem, and solved it by removing the light terminal block, cleaning the electrical contacts (where the wires attach). For good measure, I changed a couple lamps. That was 9 months ago and no problems since.

As an alternative you could, I suppose, remove the idot light.
