Seat Latch 850 1995

What you said - I have exactly the same problem. Right side rear seat latch. I was inspecting it last night after figuring out how to pop it with the screwdriver, then decided to leave it up to the Volvo garage as it's a critical safety component.

At first I could get it to work by pulling back on the seat to unload the latch as I pulled back on the sliding doohicky. But it's gradually gotten worse and now it won't budge.

I'll post what the dealer says when I get over there in the next couple weeks...
