How to package/ship tires?

I have shipped wheels and tires in the past via US Post Office. They don't like regular people shipping wheels in the buff, so I packed them two to a box. I basically took two cardboxes and cut them down to fit snuggly around the two tires, since I couldn't find a box that exactly fit.
