exhaust problem unusual? 850 1995

Two points to my earlier message. I took my car to a second shop, a non muffler shop and they feel the leak is at the block or the gaskets at the block not where indicated. They did see what appears to be a crack but did not think it was leaking there.

Secondly, the piece should have been referred to is an flex joint not an expansion joint which you probably already knew.
