Good Antifreeze and radiator flush process help 850 1995

You you choose to use distilled for the first flush as well - only to drain it out shortly after running it through? In the past I've flushed w/ tap water but only used distilled at the very end when I was finishing up the job to bring the concentration to 50/50. Is there any problem w/ the little bit of tap water remaining from a flush or two?
