Performance upgrades 850 1995

Hey all, ive got a 95 850 turbo and im looking for a way to get some extra power. i know all abou the chip upgrades, but which is the best? ive seen one from pes tuning for something like 600 bucks,but it boosts hp to about 275, and theres one from ipd that boosts to 240 for about 4oo, i think. if anyone has the pes tuning chi, help would be appreciated.
