Gas Odor 850 1993

I sniffed mine again today and it definitely seems to be the short rubber hose running from the middle of the rail,(fuel return line) off to one of the fuel pipes on the passenger side. It is visibly cracking, but I see no leakage. It doesn't take much gas leakage to create an odor.
