Believe it or not, that info was given out by a guy from a dealer and many experienced Volvo dealer techs know that proceedure. I know that many like thinking that all dealer people are evil but do realize that that's a misconception. Bay13 is also a bay in a Volvo dealer btw.
Might some inexperienced dealer techs drill through the door? Sure, just like some inexperienced indy guys might too.
