Yeah....I love where the window switches are...right under the cup holder. Smart.

To remove it....there are instructions in the Haynes manual, but you should be able to snap that entire plate off....I think there is one or two T25 screws holding the assembly after you get the cover off. If it feels like you're forcing it too much, don't push too hard.
