'Tis the season... for batterys?

Does this happen when your AC or heater cyclew on or off? Do you notice the headlight's brightness changing?

Turn the signals on, then turn on the headlights (beams). Does the rate change? Engine on, same test, same result?

Could be something as simple as the signal relay but it might be time to have your battery checked.
