Any one replace the PNP switch reasonly ?? any tip I need to know ? 850

I know bay 13 have all the information..

Just like to know any one here replace the PNP switch without any problem...

or any thing that I should know before get into the job..

winter is here again.. and the flashing airow... is coming back again..

I been puting out and not replace it for 1 year now.. have the part..
just need to get the ball and do it....

thank for all your input...
