Engine Stabilizer Mount and Warranty Coverage V70-XC70 2001

I have a 2001 V70, 2.4T with 35,000kms. I just had the front stabilizer links changed and I am still getting excesive vibration on the steering wheel and pedals. It feels like it might be an engine mount. No vehicle should have these parts go at 35,000 kms. Normal wear items are usually refered to as brakes, tires, shocks ect. Volvo should do something about these items.
