They're trying to rip you off ! Read the codes from your A-box position 2 and you can find out what they mean here:

If you need a new O2 sensor just order it online or call around to your local PepBoys and pickup an original Bosch sensor for less than $100. You can install it yourself in about 5 minutes, or you can "try" cleaning the old one and see if it'll straighten out, whatever you want to do. This is a very common fix on all cars with O2 sensors.
