Hi ya,
I have suffer this same problem and also the 141. I cleaered to several times and cleaned the Pedal Sensor on the Master cylinder but it wouldn't go away. I have had to buy a new one £80 in the Uk about £120 i guess. You can live with it but i would get it replaced if you are keeping the car. The solder inside the unit as probally got cracks in it triggering the code.
