Defintely use the polyurethane motor mount. This will save you money and also the headache of wondering if the mount is broken or not (which happens way too often.) I have 60,000K on my 1999 c70 and it's been though 3 of them...the last being the poly one.

Installation is pretty easy if you have all the required tools...should be less than 30 minutes.
