thanks for the info. the car has had one throttle body replaced earlier.was able to duplicate the problem today by running the car,parking it for about 15-20 minutes then on the restart i always get the light. If i wait about an hour then the light will not illuminate.glad to know it will store a code, maybe i'll get lucky and arrive at the dealer with the light burning.
