Wow ... 17 year old, how did you get your hands on a S70T5 Man ???

Anyhow, regardless, welcome to the family. The answer to your question of upgrades are yes yes and yes. Probably not as many places as BMW when it comes to upgrades but there are plenty. To start looking for upgrades and mods try:

IPD www.ipdusa.com, they have tons of upgrades for Volvos.
www.Volvospeed.com/vs_forum will help you meet lots of friends.

Those two should get off and running and they'll probably connect you with others who could direct you to specifics.
