S70 Hood Stuck Closed S70 2000

The S70 has two cable operated releases, and one hand release. The cable operated hold on either said of the hood, these are released by the lever in the interior. the other becomes accessible when the hood pops up about an inch (from under the grill). I'm thinking maybe one of your cables have snaped.
